Making the game harder

I was wondering what sliders you could adjust to make playing the game harder, without adjusting the shooting sliders.

I dont like adjusting the shooting ones too much because it gets so frustrating when the opposition makes all these contested shots, but even your own open ones wont fall, so is there any other sliders that can make the game harder?

go to CPU on ball (or off ball i forgot) physical defence..and make it 100.CPU double team effectiveness 100.go ingame.switch to other team.click setting>playbook option.change everything to yes and high.change back to your old team.start playing

That takes a lot off time,just turn every CPU slider to a 100 except the shoting sliders.
