NBA Draft and Generated Rookie thread

I know that there is a thread in the 2005 Dynasty section that talks about how to change the generated rookies and all else. I figure we can use this post in 2006 to talk about everything current and what isn't mentioned there.
The only real question I have is this, and this can lead to other questions or multiple solutions....I know how to change the generated rookies skin complexion, height, weight, school, rookie rank, and all else that is in the DBF for players and appearance. I figure that in order to change their faces, I will have to change the playerpkg. Right now, all of the players have different PKGs, and I was going to just create the players in a regular roster file and then use the PKGs from there to put here...but when I create players, it never shows them as having PKGs for some reason. Does anyone know a solution to this? If I could do this, I would list PKGs for all (or most) of the generated rookies I changed to real players, and it is about 75 of them.
Aside from that, is it possible to create faces in Live 2003 (which had the best create-a-player by far) and use them on here?
If anyone else has questions, they can put them in here.
