I suggest you to trade Shaq + Alonzo for Kobe + Kwame or smt with big salary...
Then turn Wade into PG and Walker into PF you'll have a nice lineup...

why not turn kobe into a sf and keep wade at the 2, otherwise williams and payton dont play much.
