Scores are close

Hi, just want to ask you guys how come that each game that I play, i never get to blow out the opponent? At times, I could lead as much as 20 pts and lose it because open shots or even dunks just keep on missing when i hav a big lead, while every attempt the opponent takes during the run seems to always go in. Hope you can give me some tips

There's a "comeback code" programmed into the AI that allows the CPU to catch up and keep the game challenging. Unfortunately it's too vindictive and often results in unrealistic play and frustrating situations.

And because the question always come up when I use that term, the "comeback code" is not a cheat code the user can punch in to catch up, just in case anyone's wondering.
