pls help me to patch this file... thank you so much.. i placed it in the sgsm folder but it has no effect at all. thank you!

You have to extract the contenst of the .rar file and place that in the SGSM folder.
To handle .rar files, you use a program called WinRAR: http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar351.exe
