Rate My Trades (Year 1+ Year 2 Dynasty)

Well, I am in my second year of my Den Dynasty. Right now I have the best Assistant Coach, A good Trainer and a shitty Scout. My record in season 1 with Nuggets was 22-7, year 2 7-0 by far , but changed have been made. Let me tell you guys about all of my trades throughout the Dynasty
At the beginning I traded Kmart for D. Nowitzki. 10 games into the my first year I traded M. Camby for Yao Ming. Next I traded Andre Miller + Elson for Parker. Then, NENE for K. Hinrich (right now kind of sorry I did that ). I came out to be an NBA Champion .
This season:
Got 30th pick in the draft, which was very strong. Picked up a fellow Russian SG Koslov who is overall 71 and a C Frasier who is 68. Frasier is a pos with his Def. Rebounding being only 50. 4 games in the season I traded Frasier + Hodge for Josh Howard , Josh has gotten whole lot better this season with overall 81. Right now my roster is:

The hell, do not waste Parker on the bench, put Hinrich at SG as a shooter and put Tony Parker at PG.

My SG Gromov stays at starting, though I put Parker at starting lienup and Hinrich on bench. Tony's Defense went up this season
