Text roster update?

I apologize if this has been covered (I'm sure it has). But I can't seem to find a text roster update for NBA Live 06 (for console use, obviously).

Finally picked up the game... not such a huge improvement over 05... actually just kind of added a few things that are a pain in the ass. Oh well, that's not the point.

Has anyone done a text update?

I wanted to do it at one point, but it was just painful trying to get players to the right places. If I ever get around to it...but don't count on it.

I used the nba.com team roster pages to update rosters.
