Rick Fox - wrong section?

Hi, first of all I can't locate a section for caps - I would guess this is the patch section? If so sorry for adding this incorrectly.

I'm trying to get/calculate Rick Fox cap. I would like him based on his performance in 2003 season. I wouldn't do based on 2004 season as he was severly injured.

Does anyone have his official ratings from nba live 2004?
