i think you can do a dbf editing.

^^ dbf editing, just get db commander 2000 or watever, i think its on the site somewhere, open shoesacc.dbf in it..then go to column islocked and type in false for all the true ones (you gotta do it one by one)
and then put the shoesacc.dbf u edited into your dynasty blah, pm me if u need anymore help
