About scouted rookie ratings

Can anyone tell the equivalent rating values of scout's grades about rookies? I suppose grades from top to bottom are A+ A A- B+ B B- C+ C C- D+ D D- So what are their rating equivalent?

This has been tackled before, I think. If I'm not mistaken, it was probably in an NBA Live 05 thread. Try searching there. I'm sure the values would probably be almost the same, or since we have a new range of ratings (from 0-100 to now 50-100), the 10-pt range would probably be a 5-pt one...
I'm sure you could get the relative idea though. Or you could just try simming a few years and get the idea yourself.

As you can see there are only estimated opinions about the grades even in Live 2005.
Anyone who can tell the exact numbers and put an end to this topic?
