If a player plays more minutes, will they grow more than if they rode the bench the whole season?
e.g. I have iggy at sg and bonzi backing him up, if i got a cpu generated rookie to be behind both of them would he grow less than if i gave him more minutes?
Also, how much do cpu-generated players with excellent/good potential grow per year? Do they grow better after their rookie year or do they grow at the same rate until they become too old to grow?

I haven't seen any difference in growth due to playing time.
I think any player grows more with coaching...I also haven't seen any difference in growth rates till their peak. Every player reaches a peak and then drops, at a random time near the age of 29 (sometimes before, sometimes after).

It's all based on training and three hidden values: work ethic, learning and destiny. With consistent training and good ratings for those three attributes a player will improve even if he's only playing 20 minutes per game.

Honestly...they do but not a lot of a difference...but it still counts..right?

I wonder what Jerome James' work ethic value is....
