Is there any possible way of changing the ages of players in the dbf. files?

I guess you change there birthdate

Correct. The age is simply calculated from the BIRTHDATE field, there's no seperate age attribute.

Yes, it does work for any players.dbf file.

But as always, make a backup in case anything goes wrong.
