Headband help

I am trying to give rawle marshall a headband but it does not show up all the way around. I have a cf for him wiht d. wades headshape and i try to use d wades headband , but it still is not showing up all the way around. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a question about headband as well...I created player and I put him a cyberface, but I can't add haeadband on his head...

How comE? what I nead to do?
