Questions about dynasty, please help.

Anyways, I have never simulated a gmae in dynasty, I play all of them 8min a qtr, 10 mins for simulation. I started with Bulls, wen on 21-8 (29 gmae seasons). It took me forever, and there is 25 years in dynasty mode..... So, do you guys imulate all games? I just find it untrustful 
, since I seem to perform better. But here are my questions:
1) How do you make it so that if you set simulation qtr time and play time to the same amount of minutes the amount of points the CPU teams and my team scores are equal? I have to set simulation time higher than my playiong qtr time, otherwise all of my starters are in top 10 on league leaders scoring and I score 20 more pts a game then CPU teams.
2) How can I save plays? FOr example on my controller if I press 1.1 the play will be "Balance". I have to go to settings, playbook, and change it there manually to my favorite, and I do it every game.... any ideas?
3)Can somebody recommend me some good plays for shooters? I have created a SG with pretty decent FG and 3pt, plus I have melo on startign lineup and boykins is pretty good at shooting, I want a play where I can get inside with PG adn my SG and SF will spread the floor and get open for a shot, Ideas?
