[Project] {1998-1999 Lockout Year}

I want to start a 1998-1999 playable mod (not too fancy just have the proper rosters and ratings) . I can do the rosters and ratings. I need people to make me Cyberfaces though. Plzz help me out!

1998-1999 Moments:

- The only year Vince Carter played a whole season.
- A whole new Era (Jordan Retired A Year Back)
- Hakeem, Barkley, Pippen on the Rockets
- KG and Marbury on the T-Wolves
