Better quality team logos

I have seen the thread, but I can't find it... so please, somebody help me! It's the patch where someone improved EA's original team logos (when you play a game and pause the game), and made them look much smoother. And also I need that patch where someone edited some team logos, like Indiana, Utah, etc. Please give me the links to the threads! Thanks a lot in advance!

No problem, it's what I do.. 
Thanks for reminding me on those tho; I knew there were a few patches I was missing after re-installing the game.
