defplays.dbf

i read a post where someone had managed to edit defplays.dbf to change the cpu's defensive quickplays.

just wondering if anyone has gone a step further and created a new defplays.dbf with updated/corrected defensive plays based on real life nba teams def preferences?

i want to know how to set my own quickplays so i dont have to change them everytime. i heard you couldnt in another topic. is it true?
