How do you do plays?

I am new to NBA Live and i am wondeing how do you do the plays on PC which are assigned to 1,1. 2,2. 3,3. 4,4.
Plays like; Playmaker, Highflyer SG. etc...

When I use player lock and another player has the ball, I can't call a pick and roll or pick and pop for that player. Calling isolation or post up works. Has anyone else had this problem?
