can't open any mj_realm tool...

Hi,I doj't know what has happened to my PV it won't open any mj_realm's tool. THE LOCALE EDITOR says "the system cannot find the file specified"...
The new AUDY06 audio tool says "An error occured".
As I understand some files are missing on my PC.HJow to find out which are needed for the program?
