anyone knows how to change the existing portrait of a player to a new one, PLS help!!!

You have to find a .big file, for example for Aaron McKie, AAMCKIE.big, and then you place it in the folder C:\Program Files/EA Sports/NBA Live 06/sgsm. Then, load the game up and enjoy!
