Game crashing all the time

OK I have a
AMD Athlon processor
800 MHz
384 Meg of ram
GeForce4 MX 4000 graphics card

I know it says i need a 1 gig processor but I just simply cannot afford to get one at the moment. Eeverything else seems to meet the requirements.
Game continually crashes when playing a exibition game or sometimes when im adding a new player or doing anything with the rosters. I have tried everything, Im beginning to think this was a waiste of my money. Im am begging to get highly anoyed with it. I have tried every setting I can think of to try to fix this problem. Any suggestions from anyone.Please help if you can.

there's your reason, nothing you can do about it. dont buy a game if you dont even have the minimal specs.
