Headshape question

What files do I use to change my players headshape? Do I need someones headband, goggle, and ebo files? And could someone give me a suggestion for a headshape for this pic:

You need the playersnameB.ebo file for headshapes, but you don't need the headband.ebo files and goggle.ebo files unless you want a headband or goggles on your player.
