train players 1 week at a time? or 4? does it matter?

during dynasty mode, if you train your player for a week at a time or for 2, 3 or 4 weeks, will there be any difference in how much his stats increase? like does 4 one week training session even out to 1 four week training sessions?
which way is best?

ive tried hiring 3 assistant coaches, with A+ in offense for each and training my player with all 3 at once on offense, and ive hired 3 coaches with an A+ in one of each of the 3 training catagories... does either method give beter results?

i train for 4 weeks because its easier....
saves going back weekly to train someone/thing else

training 4 week at a time will have the same results a training 1 week 4 times or in any other way. if you want to see a large improvemet in a player like me when I trained Darko Milicic focusing on his 18 stam and 35 jump with my 2 A+ ath coaches. I knew it would take all year so i trained 4 weeks at a time. but if you dont want to focus all on one guy and want to see slight improvements on all your stars just go 1 or 2 weeks at a time to tweak your Center's blocks with a def coach,Power Foward's reb, Point guard pass and so on. so its all up to you. So if your playing with the Bucks focus on your rookie star Andrew Bogut with his nice passing, ins scr,reb or all. But if you got a team like the Spurs focus on your starters weaker skills like Tony Parker's Ft or something. Hope this helped
