Slider question

Sat Dec 17, 2005 2:20 am

Rented Live 06 recently for the X-Box and think I'm going to pick it up for the PC (easier for me to patch) but had a question when I was playing around with the sliders to try to make the game more realistic.

What's the difference between the Simulation and Action sliders? I assumed that Simulation were used when you have the computer sim the games and Action was for when you were actively playing, but all the screenshots I see in the sliders sticky shows the Simulation sliders.

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I haven't played any of the NBA Live series before and of course, since I rented the game there weren't any instructions with it.

It depends the way you like playing the most: Simulation sliders make the game more realistic (altough the offensive rebounds of course). With Action sliders, i think you score every shoot you take, but i am not sure at all.
Hope being helpful.

Hmm, so do I set them both to be the same or leave one on default and just change the other? Very confused on this, since I thought my original assumption what they controlled was right.

Anyone know?

Again: It depends the way you like playing the most. If you like realistic games, just change Simulation Sliders and dont touch the other; and if not, select Action sliders.
Hope being helpful.
