How I can add portraits to the game?

Just a question.

For the dbf files :

In players.dbf, change FACEPATCH field to false;

In appearance.dbf, change the ID7 field to the same id that you used in the PLAYERPKG field, ex. MAEVANS.

In NBA live 06 I can't find "Facepatch" into players.dbf and "ID7" intot "appearance.dbf". Did these fields changed names since Nba live 05', what are their new names ? Or maybe theses fields don't exist anymore and that's not important ?

In fact it works, I have my player's picture in the game BUT now this player (that I created) has a black head.

Yea, I think you need to give him a face-patch. Either make one yourself, ask for someone else to do it for you (in 06 Patch Requests), or forget about the player portrait.
