please help: created player with cyberface

please help i created a player with cyberface but his head is solid pink.
can somebody tell me how to fix this problem.
what did i possibly missed.

i already installed this files to my nba live 06 sgsm folder

you have to change the face id value to -1 in the appearance.dbf of your saved game
