Jr Smith for GG?

Is Jr Smith for Gerald Green a good trade? They are both young, but I like Green a bit more so I was wondering should I make this trade or not?

He also trains well for dynasty. He is a 92 in my dynasty after 5 years. Run Rocket Fuel for him and own....
The hornets have the best young back court in the game... Majicoucas and Dicau coming off the bench are nasty as well.
