HEADBAND ISSUE?

has anyone else had this problem... i got to edit certain players and add a headband to them and when the headband goes on it is all cut up... like the headband barely shows up and looks like it has holes cut through it all through the players head... its really annoying and i have no idea how to fix it.

Its a bug, it always happens and it happens to everyone, no matter what graphics card you have or w/e.
