Everyone over the salary cap?

in my Dynasty only one team is under the cap, the rest are over which makes trades damn near impossible since they have to be pretty perfect.

anyone else have this situation.

by the time i get under the cap i'll be in my 5th season at least.

I'm in like 2013 and the team that pays the least has like 284k. Also everyones roster is filled and there's no free agents to sign. The lowest someone asks is like 2mil.
