Postby Jopps5 on Wed Oct 26, 2005 9:51 pm

is there a way to create a custom speech id i want it for my own created player sick of the commentator just saying the number i have a microphone if that helps may sound a little weird though cause i dont sound anything like the commentator if anyone thinks they sound sorta like it the name is Nathan Joppich.

Unfortunately not. Due to the changes in the audio format, we're not able to manipulate the commentary/PA announcer files as was once possible.

Ive already finished part of the program for creating speech files.. However this is only for the PA announcer and I'm planning to support other files also like Marv's and Steve's speech files... :D (Y)

i believe you have done something not right... check your wav file attributes.

with some trials and experiments... the Program WORKS! :lol:

i am so happy that 'EBO editor' and 'AUDIO editor' are compatible with NBA Live 2006... and they are programmed by FILIPINOes. :)

you may wanna try 16-bit MONO... at any frequency. :)

if MJ give me an 'official signal' i may do some TUTORIAL or DOCUMENTATION of the program.

for sure... the NUMBERS that are listed in the 'Filename' datalist correspond to the SPEECHID of the roster database.

@Jopps5
You also have to save your speech file with the filename of your speech id. For example, your player has 1123 speech id, when you create and save your new speech file, the "Speech ID" textbox should have 1123, the filename should also be 1123. :)

And you could only preview it in-game, coz the preview button in the "Create speech" window is not yet working. :) Also, your player should not be a created player (?).

@dj_rush

Pre, tulong ka sa documentation ha. Panu ba gumawa ng help file :P

@MJ

..i've tried it... SPEECH made with the program will ALSO work with the CREATED PLAYERS. Just change the SPEECHID in the dbf of the roster.

..tol cge tulong ako sa documentation. :) receive mo ba yung unag report ko? (Y)
