Do trades involve cap room? I mean like if you have a possitive cap and you trade a player with 938k worth of saleries to a 2.08 million guy will the trade go through?
I have a possitive 1.78 million cap space

Yes, trades do involve cap room. I'm too tired to do some Math right now regarding you question. Just try the trade. Of course it all depends if the CPU will accept the trade if you can absorb the higher amount with you cap room.
