Bought Game and The court is BLACK!

Hi,
I bought the game today and have installed it after loading the game with all my excitement i Found that my court is black with white specs and the crowd is darkened out and wont animate , also it runs pretty choppy wen i set the details higher than low/ medium setting whilst it worked fine for live 2005 with high settings.

If it's a thing of updating my display drivers could someone please send me the site as I can't access the VIA tech site and I don't know which link i would take out of the ones EA supplies on their tech help site.

the only thing you can do is update your graphic driver,

but i dont know if S3 integrated graph.cards are supported by nba live.
