In paint shop pro how can I blend the textures so the pic fits the color of the texture better? Like when I copy and paste theres kinda a visible line.

Blur or smudge it. That's what I do, or you can use the Clone Stamp... I'm not sure if they have it in Paint Shop Pro though.

You can use a variety of techniques. You usually need to try combinations of the techniques to get the results that you like. Lower the opacity to make subtle changes.
1) Use the adjustment layers: layers//new adjustment layer: color balance or h/s/l
2) Use Adjust//color balance// r/g/b or hue and saturation
3) Use the eye dropper and select the lighter or darker color. Use the paint tool and lower the opacity(approx. 10) to lighten or darken.
4) use the lighten/darken tool

5) experiment on a test image to learn how to use these tools that Cloudy and I suggested.
