my game freezes every once and a while when im online

i used to have a really crappy xbox and it always froze in the middle of a game when i didnt have xbox live. then i traded it in and got a new xbox and then i got xbox live a couple months after. live 05 never froze wen i played it.i started playing it online and it still never froze but wen i got 06 it started freezing online when im playing and i get charged for a loss and it really pisses me off. theres sumethin about new games that i get that always freeze more than old games like live 05. can someone tell me why it freezes every once and a while???

no idea why a xbox would freeze. maybe it has something to do with the internet connection timing out
