Want to edit Jersey

I want to change the one of the default Jersey's color, what's the easiest step by step?

I know how to use Photoshop very well, it's just the "exporting, importing" steps I need to learn...I have grabbed many Tools already, how do I start??

Could some experts on Jersey editing please teach me? Thank you very much!
