What platform do you play on
Once you figure out the Lob button or stick then you just gotta go to Slam Dunk school and practice a shit load, it doesnt come natural, itll take time

i do all the time. hit pick and roll play, wait for the screen, peel off screen, hit alley oop button, bingo...
You gotta make sure you have a button mapped to "alley oop" though. Check your config controller screen.
