Stopper-outside?

I noticed that when your man is a stopper-outside superstar, he has a greater chance of stealing the ball. But when I hold the superstar trigger, and press another button, it doesn't do anything. Cause I've seen before a game the little movie that shows up and highlights a certain superstar, and I see the stopper guy doing all these different steals, but can't figure it out. help please?

It depends on your position with the defender what kind of steal he does, if the player with the ball goes forward while you use it you will do the back-tip steal
