EBO Court Editor Error

Hello!
I edited courts in NBA Live 2005 in EBO Court Editor and as files of the NBA Live 06 are indentics a files of the NBA Live 2005, I tried edit the NBA Live 06 court files, but I have his error:
Somebody can help me?

Looks like you are missing a library file, try download the file (just google it) and put it in your windows\system32 folder, after that, go to start>run, and type in: (without the quotes)
"regsvr32 \windows\system32\COMDLG32.OCX"
see if that can fix your problem

Well yea, it might be that. But it might also be that the court files are not identical to last years...

I obtained open the program, but I have other problem.
When I modify the court lines color [in FshX] it do not appear in court:
