Locale Editor?

Hey,
I was just wondering if there are any locale/string editors like the one from 2005 that could be used to edit song names, etc...
The NBA Locale Editor was very useful and easy to use. If there is one, or if anyone is planning on making one, I would really appreciate it if they could post here.

It's a bit too early for there to be a whole lot of patches and utilities for NBA Live 06 just yet. Perhaps the one that was used for NBA Live 2005 is compatible or could be updated for compatibility with NBA Live 06.
