Can You Play SuperStar Ranked Games on PC?

Just wondering, since the sliders for the Online Ranked Games for the consoles are set to an Arcade/Action setting. Can you play ranked games on the PC online under Superstar setting?
This is not allowed on the consoles...is why I ask.
