Anyfuckingtime you are going to play against someone... 10 days you before you play them, even 30 mins before you play them... they have to be your direct next opponent...

eg. It's the 12th of november you play Knicks on the 16th and 76ers on the 20th, you can scout the Knicks then after you play the knicks you can scout the 76ers
