Super Joy Box Controller Configuration

Sat Oct 01, 2005 5:33 am

I have this convertor which is the USB one and I tried playing NBA Live and the analog's or buttons don't even work.

Any idea why.

I appreciate that help.

What kind of convertor exactly? It might be the convertor or a problem with the controller itself. Or it just might not be set up properly.

Same for me, its a PS2 Controller to USB Convertor. It works with NBA05, NHL06, Madden06 and Fifa06 but not with NBA06. Anyone knows why...?

I fixxed it :)

1. Make a config for ya Controller
2. Goto MyDocuments\NBA LIVE 06\configs
3. Open the .jfg File with your config name with Notepad
4. Change "ioconfig_mgr_analog" and "ioconfig_mgr_default" to 1
5. Save File

Now when you are ingame and change your Side\Controller go left or right, then double klick on the Controller icon and now chose your Config. It works now :)

Hope that helped ya.

Sorry for bad english :)

I have this thing too but can't get the triggers to work. The buttons and even analogs work but not the triggers in Live. Did they work for you? (I mean Xbox controller triggers)

Someone please help

I have the exact same problem! The triggers do not work for some reason. I tested my xbox controller in the control panel and all the buttons show that they're working, including the triggers. Please, does anyone know how to fix this?

I think it's a Live problem that it doesn't detect it because yeah, the triggers work fine in the driver config.

Does anyone have any solutions? Does anyone here use an Xbox controller to play 2006? If so, what equipment do you use and how did you get the triggers to work?

I think EA have to add the support for this controller. About 0.0001% chance of them doing that with a patch though ;)
