unlocking shoes through shoeacc.dbf

I thought all we had to do was change the LOCKED setting to false. Do we need to do anything other then that?

is that all you have to do? never tried this b4, can someone tell me if this works for 06?

replace the shoe file: my docs, nba live, saves, and where ever u want it to go: dyn, season
