Boudary Force-Helps to keep your players from sliding out of bounds easily.
On Ball defense Assist-This kinda helps you stick to your man better defensively or stay in front him when he's making moves.
Fakeout-This determines how often your players go for fakes. Sometimes the CPU will pump fake and your man might actually leave his feet.
On Ball Physical Defense-This is mostly like how close your players will defend the CPU players. The higher this is set the more bumping you'll see on the court when players try to make a move. This also effects how often your players try to prevent easy layups in the paint.

Is that right? It's not a fade away jumper? but a double clutch?

23-14 I believe you last said, is that with the 2006 cast?
ramado72 wrote:Its been a long time since my last post in this forum. Andrew, this is a stupid question regarding the default sliders. Is it advisable to really tweak it or just leave it alone? I haven't tried any of the tweaked sliders available and have played the game as it is. The only stuff i adjusted are substitution, fatigue, and pro hop.

Decrease the Shooting Foul Frequency.Ray AP19 wrote:-Too many shooting fouls
Decrease User/CPU Shooting sliders and perhaps the game speed slider.Ray AP19 wrote:-Final score is too high (in the 110s regularly)
Are you using the Freestyle Superstar blocks? If so, just try to time them better (it often helps to push it a bit earlier). You could also increase the User Shot Block Ability.Ray AP19 wrote:-Can't block lay-ups and dunks with Josh Smith, Ben Wallace, etc. (people who can occasionally do so)
Increase the CPU's On-ball Defense and On-ball Defense Assist. Also, perhaps decrease CPU Freestyle Effectiveness.Ray AP19 wrote:-Too easy to just blow past defense using turbo, right analog or a combination of the two
The CPU rarely goes for them while playing on the highest difficulity, but you could try to decrease the CPU Fakeout Discipline.Ray AP19 wrote:-AI doesn't go for enough pump fakes
Increase User On-ball Defense and On-ball Defense Assist. Also, perhaps decrease User Freestyle Effectiveness.Ray AP19 wrote:And this may be just my skill, but I can't contain the AI when it has the ball, it blows by me at will.
