I was watching the Miami vs. Spurs download in the 2006 General Issues forum and I was looking at somethings that bothered me and while browsing IGN I came across this and it practically addressed my main concerns, and since I expect the Next Gen to address alot of issues I personally have with this gens limitations, I hope to atleast hear that one of these Sports video game makers considers this or something like it by 2008. Your thoughts?

P.S.I post here because I sincerely believe and have witnessed EA's commitment to the opinions being voiced on this site(Message Board).

I think this is one of those advances, along with total player control (or Freestyle to use the trademarked name) that will make games especially sports sims more and more realistic. Those two elements in theory would allow us to control every aspect of a player's movement, perfectly (or near-perfectly) mimicking human movement with realistic reactions to change in environment.

Such advances would really improve adjusted shots and play in the paint, first and foremost, not to mention crossovers and "breaking ankles". Implemented correctly, I reckon it would be awesome.

Just the idea of it being implemented correctly excites me. There are so many new doors that can be opened by this program being included in sports sims. Who uses it first and crrectly could change the face of video sports sims forever, even in sales.

(I responded to this post earlier in the week with a paragraph of content but I guess it never made it, LOL. I don't even remember what I said now. )
