Is it me or is IGN lagging this year with their coverage?

Seems like they gave us more to chew on last year around this time, am I crazy? The game is about 2 weeks away and I thought we'd have a more detailed picture of what the game will be like by now. The guy doing the NY dynasty is lagging a bit, and general news on dynasty is very little so far.

I hope they pick up the pace a bit. [/rant]

This year I'm completely shifting over the the PC. I have a pretty good Playstation Live collection, but I won't be adding to it this year. I'm really impatient, so I pick up the ps2 version on the release day instead of waiting for the pc release.

There was definitely more enthusiasm last year from ign. This year's version must be too "same" for them, last year's was more obviously new.
If they could just get those ratings out though...

there was more play of the day videos last year...they were a bit updated when introducing the freestyle superstars...but since then, there has been nothing

i might get the game for both the PS2 (for fun and playing against my friends) and the PC (for my dynasty and when im not allowed to play the PS2 version)
