Must Have for NBA series in future, please!!!!!

I don;t know if this is the correct place or if anyone else has mentioned this but i just have to get this idea out there as it would ensure taht i would buy the game without a doubt and would make the game 100x better. So here it is;

My favourite part of NBA live 2005 is dynasty mode as it makes you feel like you are actualy playing games for a purpose and there is nothing better than making a sweet trade and using your new player in the next game. The dynasty mode goes for 25yrs and i have no problem with that cap on length but after a few years of palying the franchise mode the biggest ost fundamentl flaw in the whole mode is revealed, you start playing with fake players. I hear you asking; "well how can they avoid that?" Well i will tell you and i think this is th single greatest thing taht EA sports can possibly do to an already great product. Give the option to start dynasty mode in the past, say 1985 or 1990. That way you get to see all of your favourite players emerge as rookies and flourish into full blown players. Yes, it would take away the rookie gamble aspect but this is a small price to pay to be playing with genuine players you know and grew up watching and thus avoiding the annoying aspect of playing with unnamed players with no pictures and only numbers for the announcer to call. Furthermore, if you choose to start your dynasty in 2005/2006 despite this glorious new feature it would be good if they just recycled the names from old NBA players so that the announcer could call their names without the need for new recordings. This wouldn't compromise the game at all as there are literally thousands of names in the NBA as it is.
Lastly, why do all the players seem to improve year on year so that in the end after about 3 years all the teams are rated 99! it doesn't make sense and should be revised along with the whole rating system taht should rank the teams in order of skill like they used to so 1st,2nd,3rd ect.

Most of all i just want to be able to play and develop the players i love, Penny, Reggie, Pippen, Jordan, Rodman etc. I just think it would make the NBA live series an absolute must for any basketball fan and would make the title trully magical.

I think that's a goo idea... I stopped playing dynasty mode after 3-4 seasons beacuse of the "rookies"... also they seem to be quite limited overall and there seems to be too many small players.

I love the idea, but licensing issues pretty much prevent it from ever being a reality.

But maybe as an NBA-LIVE.COM official super project or something, that would be SOOOO sweet...

For nba-live.com to do something like that...it would require a lot of time. A lot of contract info is not available for one. Also, I don't think you can import rookies like before?

I don't think there is any sports game that allows you to do this though, so I don't think it's possible, not to mention the licensing issues.

Maybe if we could link live to a manager type nba game this would be possible...

Well, this is possible in Season Ticket Basketball, Fast Break Basketball, Jump Shot Basketball and Total Pro Basketball... I think we could definitely do it with Live, it'd just take ALOT of work. About importing rookies, I'm pretty sure you can edit the incoming rookies but I'm not sure.
