multiple team control in franchise mode??

Postby dr_piranha on Thu Aug 04, 2005 10:47 am

I enjoyed last years version of nba live, but one thing that really disappointed me was the inability to play as all teams in the franchise/dynasty mode. So i am just wondering if anyone has heard anything on this subject, whether or not you can control multiple teams or only one. thanks.

I don't think they've made dynasty mode multiplayer... but I'm not 100% sure

I think you can only take one team at a time, if I am correct.

They also wouldnt do this because you could just build up one team and trade all the good players to one of em.......It would be good if they could do it somehow though....

I would like to see..for XBOX or PS2, mayb even PC...a system link dynasty where you get 2 xbox's/ps2's/pc's and do that somehow...that would be cool

No word on it yet. I too would like the old option of being able to choose more than one team for multi-season play as well as being presented with the option of taking over any other team at the end of the year. Perhaps you could toggle between "Free Switching/Free Switching & CPU Offers/CPU Offers/None" for team changes when setting up a new Dynasty; I think that would allow the game to cater to everyone's tastes.

The only reason why I would want this is maybe me and my brother could both control a franchise each and then build them up and play games for those teams and then compare we have done over the years.

But if I'm playing by myself, then I would only play one franchise at a time because I would rather concentrate on one team.

I totally Agree, but I have a sister.

Agreed on that too. That would be an excellent addition, if people like that sort of thing.
