Andrew I need help extracting 360 save files

Andrew I found some really useful save files that has playmakers settings and rosters from 360. I need your help. It uses that old 360 transfer kit from the early 2000s. Idk what to do with this. It would be awesome.

I've got absolutely no idea, sorry. I've never used that or worked with those files before.
