Note that this is primarily made for lighting on...

He made it like that so it would look better with lighting on. I think it's a good idea, it solves the problem of losing detail when lighting is on.

Probably the best Kobe out there, the left side of his upper lip looks funny...but Its still the best Kobe out there (Y)

Also can you do a Lebron, I haven't seen an accurate one yet :roll:
